Whoa! Yesterday was a really, really busy day. CCA Orientation!
The day before yesterday, the specialists and Part C cadets stayed back and helped to decorate the room that was going to be our booth. At first when we know our rooms, we were so pissed about Mrs How's arrangement. Our room, C1-05 was like at the corner of the whole classroom block. We were the last booth of the whole level 1 and our room is facing a huge piece of wall. Initially we thought that it was just the location that was bad but when we entered the room, it was so damn obviosu that How wanted us dead. The class can be said to be in a terrible condition. Rubbish everywhere, books and stuffs underneath the tables, whiteboard looking more like blackboard. Tsk tsk... What more can we do? We resigned to fate and started cleaning up. The blackboard! It was I who made it white and shiney again!
We took eveything we could take from the CCA room and displayed them at the booth. Part Cs painted all the rifles, except for 3 which were lent to NCC (Air). After painting the rifles, the Part Cs were kinda slacking around. But after a little scolding, they went around the room looking for things to help out. We finished at around 4 plus which was kinda early. Then we had a talk about the GOH thingy. James said something about my part and I wasn't that please. Sorry, but I detest people to talk bad about my part. Anyway, when we released the Part Cs, they went to the canteen and had some kinda secret meeting and after that, they became very united. Haha. Wonder what they said. That night, I called all my part Bs and informed them about the next day.
The next day, CCA ORIENTATION! Actually going to meet James at 6.30 but I had something to do. I left home at around 6.50 and met Yongjin. When we reached school, Part Bs and Cs were already there. Nic gave me the plan for that day and I took my part for a march. Wanted to sharpen their Henta. They did rather well. Better than expected. At around 8.30, we all gather at the CCA booth and prepared for the orientations. People got their face painted, others help to complete the decorations. WAHAHAHA! Watermeleons faces! Haha. That's what people called me when I had my face painted last year. Phobia~ Haha. At around 8.50, there were already Sec 1s peaking through our windows. That signals the start of the orientation. As one of the patrolling specialists, I went out of the room and patrol around the school. Haha. For the whole thingy, the Guides were like helping us, asking all the Sec 1 guys to join us. So, we helped them too. I patrolled till around 10 something and it was the recess time for the Sec 1s.
Our Sirs gathered all of us and we went to the Parade Square to 'book' spaces. We did the 'reaction to enemy fire' and some creative stuffs. Maori dance returns! Haha! It was fantastic. After that, we went back to do our duty. At 12plus, the specialists decided to have a quick break and went to the canteen. Then, we saw Military Band marching in with the Boys Bridgade people. So, we decided to gather all the Part Cs and join in the march. After we joined and march around the school once, other UGs came and joined us in the march. See! The power of NCC! Scouts didn't join in sia. If not it'll be magnificant. Haha! We marched twice around the school and did the "Count by the count" song and then, dispersed.
Awhile later, it's time to pack up. We did it quit orderly and we packed up fast. There was a debrief by Sir Kelvin and he said he'll be gone from Feb till May. Sad! Nevermind. We all went for lunch later and decided to go and play soccer at 4.30. I played till around 6.20 and changed into my 'btter looking' clothes. Change at the soccer court! After that, went to interchanged to meet Kiatsiang, Shengyang and Wenchong. We were going to Weiling's birthday party. We went there and didn't eat much. Kiat and I left early. I took bus back to the soccer court to find Hanyong they all. Played some silly but nice games and went home.
Whoa! James lost his handphone! Sadded to the max!
Nothing much to say already. Tommorrow still gto school. Moving Monday! Haha.
BYEBYE!~
