Proterm.

Posting was out two days ago. And when I didn't update the moment I got my posting, you know it's a bad one.

I'm posted to ASLC. That means that I'll have to stay at Pasir Laba camp for the next four months. That means that I'll have to do the same old shit that I'd been doing since the start of my army life, just tougher. That means that I'll have to sing the Infantry song for the rest of my NS life.

This feeling is bullshit, man. It's like finishing a gruelling and mentally-exhausting 28km route march just to be told that you'll have to complete a 32km one in months to come. And route marches are not the only shitty things coming my way.

To make things worse, the guys going to ASLC were forced to fall-in and watch as their fellow coursemates celebrate their posting to vocations like signals, arty, air force and medic. Not saying that these vocations will not be tough, but at least they'll be doing something new. Not like the rest of us, stuck at the same place, doing a tougher version of the shit we had been doing for the past four months.

Alright, I'm just gonna end here. Saying more just makes me feel worse. Fuck this shit.
